Learn How to Read (Oracle) Cards

I notice some people and friends of mine have Oracle Cards and do reading for their self as guidance. There is nothing wrong about using those cards to seek the guidance.

I want to share my experiments how to practice “reading” with cards. This probably would be useful for the begginer or someone who would like to learn do reading.

First, you have to decide what kind of Oracle Cards that you want to use. I started my reading with do palmistry. I never learn it, it was such natural process. Once I notice I was very intuitive for doing palmistry, I made experiment and exploration with many cards. Well, when I was teenager, I cant made effort to buy any Oracle Cards, so I tried Domino card and other play cards to answer my curiosity. Currently, when I decide to do reading with Oracle cards, I choose this my current Vision Oracle Cards because I “fell in love” at the first sight. I knew the card would belong to me. After that, my mentor; Brian, also gave me several Oracle Cards which fortunately very resonate well to me as well.

When some people asked me why I don’t do Tarot reading, my reason is because I am not resonate well ( yet) to Tarot. Among my Oracle card that I have now, my favorite one is Orchid Card which given by Brian. Although people mostly do not like the look of this card, but in the fact that card that worked best for me.

”If you are not feel comfortable with the energy of the cards when you see or touch it, then don’t choose it,” he remind me about it when I tried to choose some new cards. So, yes, use your feeling or intuition. Do not bother yourself to do reading with it just because someone gave it as present.

Oracle card has various kind or deck of cards. Certain Oracle Cards also will define what kind of reading that you will have. It could be a guidance about past life, current, or future. Some cards also will using various "icon" and could be a Goddes or Religion "icon". So be wise about your intention to choose your deck.

Then how to read it? You can start do reading by joint with a reading class which will give you guidance how to have a proper reading technique. OR you simply read the note or instruction on the book. But please remember that those notes are a basic “tool” or guidance note. You should build your reading skill by sharpen your intuition and find other “messages”. As I am intuitive one, I did not specifically learn or read based on certain instructions from book or course. But when I felt not really grounded, I sometime read the note of the cards to help me understand what message which given by my own intuition. Remember, those note only the basic tool. Even though you read it, probably the real “message” is not something exactly wrote on those paragraphs.

The correct way or art of reading is actually use the picture or line as the tools and let the Highest Divine or spirit guides connect you with Him/It to share the messages that needed to be given. You should not analyze, assuming, or give your personal judgment or observation of the people that you read or even for yourself. If you don’t know the answer, don’t give any info, don’t assume, dont continue. Once you have doubt or analyze, better to stop it. You have to leave you “ego”, being open to your spirit guides, and trust it.

For example, when you try to figure out which one better to have between Banana or Apple, don’t create the assumption that the answer which saying Apple is wrong because you hate Apple.

When two people in different session get the same picture from Oracle Cards, it does not mean the message to both of them would be the same.The message very possible different to one and another. For example, when you have the card with picture someone having banana and the note said it’s mean that person should feeding monkey; you can’t give that message to everyone who took the same card. The message possible has different meaning; that maybe the person need more calcium, or need to be more attentive to achieve their goals, or other.

Your reading also must get clear guidance then you can share the message to other. When you get the card showing that it's a "good bye" card, you need to know and give specific clue what it's mean. Imagine what happen if you said the meaning is that the person will separate with their partner, when the card /message actually saying they should take a break for certain activities in order they able to spend more quality time to their partner. IF they believe that your reading indicate they will separate, it could make them lost their clarity and create new problem because of it.. and possible they will end with separation.

At the end, the important part of the reading session is actually the Reader who has capability to do channeling with Highest Divine and share the message. IF you realize that you are not really intuitive one to do reading for other, do not try to hassle yourself for it. Its possible has risk or danger if we create wrong lead to ourself or other.

Practice more and more to see how often your reading is accurate and how great you could receive the “messages”. Doing meditation would help you a lot to have more clarity and do channeling.

Brian my mentors also remind me, the card will never say wrong things. We just need to use wisdom to do it. Unfortunately not everyone can do it. Not everyone owns a great intuition to do the reading. You probably very intuitive one, but does not mean then you can do card reading. "Reading" cant be as easy as what people think.

If someone gave you an Oracle Card, don’t always assume that it’s sign from universe that you can or have to do card reading. It’s a sign that now you have more option how to polish your intuition. You can sharp and use your intuition with many ways. Let the process show you whether you can use your card reading as your personal guide or you can do it also for other.

Remember that people who can drive car does not mean they could drive truck or bus since other special driving skills are needed. You don’t want to put other or yourself in danger by give offer a ride with truck; just because you can start drive a car last week.
