​Chakra is the energy center in our body. Chakra in Sanskrit word means "Wheel" or "Vortex" and refers to energy points in your body. Their function is to vitalize the physical body and to bring about the development of our self-consciousness.

Those each 7 chakras are correlates to specific body ailment and physical issue. Each Chakra can be associated with particular parts of the body or particular functions within the body.

But the Chakras are not physical; they are the aspects of consciousness. Each energy center or chakra is also connected with our mental and emotional strengths. When we have a physical issue, it creates weaknesses in our emotional behavior and vice versa ~ if there are certain fears and emotions we are holding on to, we experience physical restrictions, too.

This workshop come to help you to understand what is actually Chakras, how they implemented in your daily life and to empower you to be your own healer for balancing your Chakras. You will learn what is the symptoms of imbalance chakras, how do we recognize the root of the problems, to maintains it balance, and to do self-healing for balancing your own chakra with practical ways.  Those practical ways are for examples: essential oils, food, yoga poses, sounds, colours and journaling, those you can apply easily on your daily basis routine.

By understanding the triggers of your balancing chakras, you will able understanding about yourself better and achieving balance in emotional, physical and spiritual aspect.

​

During this 3 hours’ workshop, you will also practice how to do simple meditation chakra. Connect back to your own inner power and know that you have the ability to heal yourself.
