Understanding Chakra

In ancient Eastern Sanskrit ,the word chakra means "wheel" , as well as "circle" and "cycle” which refers to the chariot wheels of the rulers, called Cakravartins. (The correct spelling is Cakra, though pronounced with a ch as in church.) The word was also a metaphor for the sun, which “traverses the world like the triumphant chariot of a Cakravartin and denotes the eternal wheel of time called the Kalacakra which represents celestial order and balance.

In India, the chakras described as "Lotus" which is a symbol of purity. This allusion is used to describe that the flower has a function corresponding to the actual chakra. Chakra is actually made up of several leaves like a lotus flower that opens itself like a lotus flower opening of each sheet, and spins like a wheel.

 

But let's understanding Chakra in very simple way.

Chakra is the energy center in our body. There are 7 Chakras which located along the central line of the body - from the base of the spine to the top of the head. Those each 7 chakras are correlates to specific body ailment and physical issue. Each energy center or chakra is also connected with our emotional strengths. When we have a physical issue, it creates weaknesses in our emotional behavior and vice versa ~ if there are certain fears and emotions we are holding on to, we experience physical restrictions, too.

It’s really important to keep clearing up our chakras or let them flow harmoniously because those chakras are constantly rotating and vibrating and if one of them blocked it will result in imbalance that is manifested in all areas of life.

FUNCTION OF CHAKRAS

  1. Physical:

Each Chakra is associated with a particular part of the body and gland. When the chakras are balanced and energy is flowing freely, a sense of physical well-being is achieved.

 

 2. Mental:

When chakras are balanced and energy is flowing freely, a state of mental clarity is attained.

 3. Spiritual:

When the chakras are balanced and energy is flowing freely, our energetic vibrational rate rises, allowing us to experience more of our true divine nature and connection with Highest Devine or Universal Life energy that permeates all things.

 

WHAT SIGNS OUR CHAKRAS IS BLOCKED?

Signs of our chakras blocked are we have a number of chronic physical ailments or emotional problems that affect to: the way we are breathing, metabolism and glandular issue, dramatically changed on body shape, negative thoughts and behavior, and addictions.

In emotional or mental situation, we possible feeling insecure or worry too much; feeling unloved or unwanted;  often fail in relationships or work issue; have difficulty to manifest a goal;  lack of confident;  always failed to find a new partner;  too scared to say no;  can’t focus, and having attachment.

​

So in reality, if our chakra is blocked it possible can affect to our thoughts about money and career, Relationships, futures, lifestyle habits, goals, aspirations. We also possible have various health issues and difficulty to have faith.

WHAT CAUSES THE CHAKRA IS BLOCKED OR IMBALANCE?

There are some situations would cause your chakra blocked. Childhood traumas, cultural conditioning, limited belief system, bad habits, physical and emotional injuries. The worst thing is that often we do not realize that our chakras blocked.
